All stakeholders are advised to take the appropriate precautionary measures in accordance with the latest advisories published by the Singapore Government which can be found here:

In view of the elevation of the DORSCON Level to ORANGE by the Ministry of Health (MOH) on 7 February 2020, SGBC will be implementing additional precautionary measures in accordance with MOH’s recommendations.

With effect from Monday, 10 February 2020, all personnel and visitors entering the SGBC Office on the BCA Braddell Campus will have to:

Complete an online BCA Braddell Campus Travel Declaration Form

  • Show Acknowledgment Email at the Campus Gate to gain entry
  • Note that the Form will have to be completed each time you enter the Campus

All SGBC events will be suspended for the time being and rescheduled to later dates.

For outstanding payments, electronic payments will be appreciated to reduce the need for staff to go to the bank. For any assistance in making payment, please contact SGBC at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Prior arranged meetings may be rescheduled as SGBC staff will be divided into separate teams operating onsite on alternate days.

We would like to assure Members that a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) is in place for SGBC’s operations. As most of SGBC’s operations and work processes have been shifted to digital platforms (including telecommunications and document submissions), no impact to day-to-day operations is expected. Members may still continue to contact SGBC at our usual communication platforms.

We will continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation and provide updates accordingly.
